Internet is nothing but the global network of computers. From its humble beginning in 1983, it has come a long way, and has become a gigantic system. You love it or hate it, but you cannot avoid  Internet. A major component of Internet is World Wide Web (WWW) which now consists of 20 billion web pages. What can Internet do for us? It helps us: to send and receive the emails, to download the files from remote computers, to enjoy the music and movies, to know the instantaneous market prices of commodities, to read the latest news, to participate in a referendum, to purchase and sell the goods, to reserve tickets for travel, to reserve tickets for opera,to chat with our friends, to apply for admission in a reputed University, to seek expert's advice on some problem, and what not.
